This beautiful 2 bed 2 bath Condo is located on the 3rd floor of building E tower of the resort giving it the best views of the ocean. This Condo comes fully equipped to include central heating & cooling, granite countertops, natural stone decorative tile and modern beach décor. Master BR provides complete privacy with separate sliding glass doors for balcony access that sleeps two with a private bathroom including his/hers vanities. The second bedroom has double queen bunk beds with a second jack-n-jill bathroom. The living room has a pull out sofa bed that sleeps two. Condo comfortably sleeps 7 people. Bathrooms have spacious standing custom tile showers with their toiletries and towels. The kitchen is fully functional including all of the small appliances; coffee maker & keurig, blender, toaster, microwave, pots and pans and cookware/dishes/utensils. The balcony has a patio lounge and bar set up perfect for enjoying the outdoors breeze. The views overlook the Southeast toward the Old Port and the Sea of Cortez. The unit also offers free Wi-Fi along with a smart TV that allows you to log into Netflix and other popular streaming services. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Rocky Point is a quick 4 hours drive from Phoenix and a popular destination to get away. Casa Blanca is a gated community with 24/7 roving guards and offers access to 3 pools, 2 heated pools and one alongside the beach. Casa Blanca also offers the only resort inclusive 18-hole mini-golf course in Puerto Penasco for you to enjoy a round of miniature golf with the family at no additional cost. Casa Blanca Golf Villas requires that wrist bands be worn at all times during your visit. These will be issued at check in. Check in time is 4 PM, check out time is 11 AM.
